Dr. Fabrizia Festante, a neurobiologist with a PhD in Neuroscience, is a researcher in the Infant Neurology Section at the IRCCS Fondazione Stella Maris, Pisa (Italy). Her research focuses on early brain development in infants and children with typical and atypical developmental trajectories, as well as on the influence of early social experience on socio-emotional functioning. She integrates behavioral and neurophysiological approaches to identify early neurodevelopmental markers and characterize the mechanisms underlying social perception and interaction.
